When checking in car at Munich Airport we were kept for quite some time before the check was carried out. I requested a copy of the contract check-in details detailing that all was in order. The gentleman checking the car said that we should go to the sixt counter in the terminal building. When I requested the paperwork, I was told that I would have to go back into the check-in area in the garage which took another 10 minitues. Perhaps the check-in company acting for Sixt were not properly briefed. Otherwise all was in order and I would certainly use Argus againfor Munich Airport car hire. [...]
